The brief
Live events create a different production challenge from controlled shoots. The team has one opportunity to capture the stage, performers, audience, atmosphere and important moments as they happen, while often producing material for several different uses at the same time. Across multiple event and entertainment engagements, Triple Digit is brought in to provide reliable production coverage while creating content that can serve both the immediate needs of the event and its communication afterward. The exact production setup is adapted to the scale of the event, the venue, the required outputs and the turnaround expected by the client.
What we did
Triple Digit builds event production around what needs to be captured, delivered and published. Depending on the engagement, our teams can handle multi-camera video coverage, stage and audience filming, backstage content, photography, live production, social media material and post-production. After the event, the same captured material can be developed into aftermovies, recap films, reels, short-form edits, promotional content, photography sets and additional platform-specific versions. For projects requiring rapid delivery, the production and post-production workflow can also be structured around accelerated or same-day turnaround according to client needs. This creates one connected production process from what happens on site to the content audiences see afterward.
Outcome
Clients receive more than documentation of an event. The production creates a complete library of visual material that can support immediate communication, social media, promotion and future editions after the live event has ended. By connecting on-site production with post-production and content creation, Triple Digit can turn one live environment into multiple finished outputs without requiring separate teams for every format.
